Neptune has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, family sized fridge and new European appliances.
There are two bedrooms (one queen sized and the other with two single beds-no bunks). Professionally prepared linen is provided including starched bed linen and king sized towels.
Neptune has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's and books. There is a choice of formal or balcony dining with panoramic views of the Port Elliot beachfront.
For your year round comfort at Neptune there is spilt system reverse cycle air-conditioning on both levels and whisper quiet ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Neptune has a sparkling downstairs bathroom with a corner spa and walk in shower (which is perfect for older guests and children).
Neptune also has a fenced backyard with a verandah and undercover, off street parking is available.
Neptune is just a one hour drive from the Adelaide GPO or Kangaroo Island Ferry Service.
A $300 Security Bond is payable direct to the property owner a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If the Visitor cancels their booking for Product less than 30 days prior to the first date on which Product was due to be supplied no refund is available to the visitor. This does not include bookings for Easter and Summer school holidays which are totally non refundable in the case of a cancellation by the visitor. Any refunds are at the Operators discretion and the Operator reserves the right to deduct an administration fee from any refund.
