Mermaids are favourite fabled creatures inspiring poetry, paintings, song and more. Inextricably linked to stories of the sea and the fate of sailors across the globe, traversing culture and providing a gold mine of inspiration for
artists. This exhibition brings together a mixed group of artists relishing this theme and producing engaging and rich art work in a diverse range of media.
