During summer we are open every day until Saturday 24 January 2026, except New Year’s Day, with late openings on Friday’s until 9pm.
The Joinery at Factory 9 is the home of Charlotte Dalton Wines and Cooke Brothers Wines. It is their fully operational winery and their cellar door. They offer tastings of the full range of wines. Customers can relax with a glass or bottle and graze on a platter they can build from the range of local foods. They also host long lunch events though out the year and on Friday night Small Town Dumplings pop up and serve vegan dumplings and accompaniments.
Wine can be purchased for takeaway.
