Booking Policy
All reservations require a deposit (bond) at the time of booking. The minimum deposit is equal to one night’s tariff. Bookings are not confirmed until this has been received.
Any changes or cancellations will incur a $39 administration fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing directly to the park.
We recommend all guests take out travel insurance to cover any circumstances outside of our cancellation policy.
No refund or credit will be given for early departures or cancellations once you have arrived.
Any promotional deals are non-refundable and require full payment at the time of booking.
All bookings must include at least one guest aged 18 years or over, who will be responsible for the reservation.

Low / Shoulder Periods
More than 14 days’ notice: $39 administration fee applies
Within 14 days: 100% of the booking total will be forfeited
High / Peak Periods (including School Holidays, Long Weekends & Public Holidays)
More than 30 days’ notice: $39 administration fee applies
Within 30 days: 100% of the booking total will be forfeited
Additional Guest Charges
Additional charges apply for more than two guests across all accommodation types. The following age categories apply:
0–2 years: Infant
3–15 years: Child
16+ years: Adult
